I’ve known Gilles Ducharme for many years. He gained my trust and never lost it. Structurack has recently carried out two major projects for our book distribution company. I contracted them to design and build a 12,000-sq. ft. mezzanine in our warehouse, over existing shelvings. Structurack has done a fantastic job. We had very high requirements regarding safety due to the supported weight and the presence of workers. Their highly precise engineering analysis made it possible to design drawings that perfectly matched my expectations. And they have shown great ingenuity to build this structure with shelvings just underneath our mezzanine.

Structurack also disassembled and then reassembled a storage system from one building to another. The entire operation went perfectly, and I was especially pleased with their assistance regarding the logistics of the moving process.

Their service was exceptional at every step of the project. Whether it was our representative who was particularly patient and attentive, the installation director for his clear indications of the installation procedures as well as the professionalism of the installers and the logistic coordinator. They understood and responded to our needs while adapting to our realities.

They reacted quickly and efficiently to deal with small unforeseen events that arose during the project. They completely took charge of the project, therefore removing weight from my shoulders.

With Structurack, we speak the same language: safety first. It’s our top priority at Molson Coors. They carry out annual inspections of all our distribution centres in Quebec. They plan their visits, inspect our facilities and carry out all necessary repairs. They are diligent people with whom we’ve been working confidently with for five years now. Their advice is always valuable and sensible. In May and December 2017, Structurack sold us a gravity-based storage system solution for our Montreal distribution centre. I remember Gilles Ducharme organized a visit at Messageries ADP to show me what he was offering before concluding the contract. I really appreciated this initiative.

Our collaboration began 10 years ago with a very important project regarding a mezzanine and a pallet racking system in Montreal. We then continued to collaborate with projects in Vancouver and Edmonton. Structurack quickly became our sole Canadian supplier of storage systems for all our facilities. They developed a highly specialized expertise regarding respect for the environment. Our company required LEED Gold Building certification. We were the first to get this LEED certification in Montreal-West. They complied with significant constraints, including not exceeding maximum emission of gases harmful to the environment during equipment transport.

I would like to add that Structurack always puts the client first. Their client-service orientation is simply outstanding.

Our goal was to improve the design of what is our chain’s largest warehouse. Structurack offered a world-class solution and strictly monitored all manufacturing stages. Their innovative design eased operational constraints and has led to ways of doing repairs more easily.

It was a 500,000-sq. ft. project, and we were completely satisfied with the Structurack team, whose interventions are geared towards innovation and creativity.
